MEASURING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE

4 Pull the end of the arm cuff outwards so that the cuff is snug around your arm and then secure the end to the Velcro.

5 Place your arm on a table or the like, so that the center of the cuff comes to the height of your heart.

* Carefully place the cuff on your arm, taking care to use the correct tightness. The tightness is correct if you can readily slide a ﬁnger between the cuff and your arm.

6 Relax your arm and lightly open your hand, with the palm upward.
