BATTERY REPLACEMENT

1.To use this unit, you must install batteries, If

the battery mark “ ” is displayed, you must change both batteries.

2.Open battery cover as illustrated. Replace the two batteries, matching the (+) and (–) polari-

ties on each battery with the polarity marks on the case.

To take the batteries out easily, pull the trans- parent ribbon.

3.“LR03” batteries or equivalent are suitable for this blood pressure monitor. All batteries used must be same type. Do not mix alkaline, stan- dard (carbon-Zinc) or rechargeable (cadmium) batteries. Also, do not mix old and new batter- ies.

CLOCK MODE

1.Default time indicating state and selection of each mode

When the battery is installed, the time and date are set as follows.

January 1 , 12:00:00 AM

2. Setting Date and Time

1)Press the “Mode” switch then “Month” starts flashing and press “SET” button to set the cor- rect month. (Each time the “Set” switch is pressed, the value of the month is increased
