11 Troubleshooting

If you have any problems with your SULLIVAN® Comfort™, try the following suggestions. If it is still not working properly, consult your equipment supplier or take it to an authorized service agent. Do not attempt to open the flow generator.

Flow generator does not start when you press START or delay timer button

Connect power cord firmly at both ends
