ARMREST ANGLE

You can adjust the armrest angle to fit your specific needs.

To change the armrest angle:

1.Lift the armrest straight up so that it is perpendicular to the floor.

2.Use a 5/32-in. hex wrench to loosen the hex screw. See figure 10.

3.Turn the screw counterclockwise to raise the front of the armrest and clockwise to lower the front of the armrest.

4.Lock into place by tightening the 7/16-in. nut.

JOYSTICK EXTENSION

The joystick control can easily be adjusted out away from the armrest or in toward the armrest.

To extend the joystick:

1.Use a 3/16-in. hex wrench to loosen the setscrew. See figure 11.

2.Slide the joystick mounting bracket into or out of the armrest to the desired position.

3.Retighten the setscrew by turning clockwise.

SWING-AWAY JOYSTICK

Your Jazzy may be equipped with a swing-away joystick. This option enables you to move the joystick from the front of the armrest to the side of the armrest without disconnecting it.

FOOT PLATFORM HEIGHT

The foot platform height is easily adjusted to six different heights. See figure 12.

To raise or lower the platform:

1.Remove the two 7/16-in. bolts from the platform.

2.Raise or lower the platform to your desired height.

3.Reinstall the two 7/16-in. bolts into the platform.
