INSTALLATION WARNINGS CONTINUED

Always test to see that the walker and attachments are properly and securely locked in place before using.

Swivel casters should be checked periodically for tightness and damage. If loose, tighten securely. If damaged, replace immediately.

INSTALLING SWIVEL WHEEL ATTACHMENTS MODEL NO. 6267E (FIGURE 2)

NOTE: Refer to the INSTALLATION WARNINGS in the SAFETY SUMMARY of this instruction sheet.

1.Remove the two (2) existing front leg extensions from the walker by depressing the snap buttons. NOTE: The front leg extensions will not be reassembled to the walker when using the Swivel Wheel Attachments.

2.Depress the snap button on the walker legs and slide the swivel wheel attachments onto the front legs of the walker. Ensure that the snap button of each leg fully protrudes through the desired adjustment hole and legs are adjusted so the walker is level.

INSTALLING REAR BRAKE ACCESSORIES MODEL NO. 6265E (FIGURE 2)

NOTE: Refer to the INSTALLATION WARNINGS in the SAFETY SUMMARY of this instruction sheet.

1.Remove the existing rear leg extensions from the walker by depressing the snap buttons and sliding the extensions off.

2.Install the 10-inch Rear Wheel Brakes or 10-inch SureGlideTM Brakes by depressing the snap buttons on the rear walker legs and sliding the accessories onto the rear legs.

3.Adjust to the desired adjustment hole on the rear accessories.

4.Ensure that the snap button of each leg fully protrudes through the desired adjustment hole and legs are adjusted so the walker is level.
