Problem
Nothing appears in display
No measurement occurs
Blood pressure readings are too high or low
Recommended Action
•Make sure that the batteries are properly installed (Battery
polarity matches the indications in the battery case.)
•Check that the cuff is positioned properly.
•Go over the measurement
procedure again.
•Check if the wrist
is positioned properly.
•Remain seated during the entire measurement period.
•Hold your arm so that the cuff is level with your heart during measurement.
•Refrain from hand and body movements during measurement.
