5.Use the appliance to set your hair as desired.
6.Switch off the appliance by pushing the on/off button to “off” and remove the plug from the mains.

Styling tips
Brush hair thoroughly before setting. Divide your hair up into small sections, and straighten them separately piece by piece as described below until the desired result is achieved. Hair should be clean and dry before using the appliance. Do not apply styling products when using the appliance and take care not to touch the scalp with the hot appliance.

•Slowly slide the appliance towards the hair ends in one fluent movement. Ensure that the ceramic hotplates touch the hair before the protective plates.

Caution!
•The appliance is supplied with protective plates of white marble, which protect the hair against the heat. The marble plates absorb excess heat immediately after the straightening thus letting the hair cool off quickly.
•The surface of the ceramic plates will be worn in time. This is not a flaw, and the appliance will still work correctly.
•If the appliance is used in dyed hair, the protective plates may be discoloured. This is not a flaw, and the appliance will still work correctly.
CLEANING
•Remove plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
•Never submerge the appliance in water, and no water must be allowed to get into it.
•Clean the appliance by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
•Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
