Safety advice and cautions
-Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future refer- ence. Failure to follow and observe these instruc- tions could lead to an accident.
Place of use or work:
-Do not use lacquer or sprays with the appliance turned on.
-Do not use aerosols with the product turned on.
Electrical safety:
-Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
-Ensure that the voltage indicated on the name- plate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
-Connect the appliance to a socket that can supply a minimum of 16 amps.
-The appliance’s plug must fit into the mains sock- et properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
-Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
-Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or ex- posed to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will increase the risk of electric shock.
-If any of the appliance’s casing breaks, immedi- ately disconnect the appliance from the mains to prevent the possibility of an electric shock.
-Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
-WARNING: Keep the appliance dry.
-WARNING: Do not use the appliance near water.
-Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers or swimming pools.
-Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or when barefooted.
-Do not force the electrical wire. Never use the electric wire to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
-Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.
-Do not allow the electric cable to get stuck or bent.
-Do not allow the electric cable to come into con- tact with hot surfaces on the appliance.
-Check the condition of the electric cable. Dam- aged or knotted cables increase risk of electric shock.
-As additional protection for the electrical installa- tion that provides electricity to the appliance, the use of a differential current appliance with maxi- mum sensitivity of 30mA is recommended. Consult a qualified installation technician.
-Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
Use and care:
-Fully unroll the appliance’s power cable before each use.
-Do not use the appliance if the parts or accesso- ries are not properly fi tted.
-Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.
-Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task, adjustment, recharge or change of accessories.
-This appliance is not for professional or industrial use, it is intended for household use only.
-This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
-This appliance is intended for adult use. Ensure that this product is not used by the disabled, chil- dren or people unused to its handling.
-This appliance should be stored out of reach of children and/or the disabled.
-Make sure that the fan grill on the appliance is not blocked by dust, dirt or other foreign objects.
-Do not use the appliance to dry pets or animals.
-Do not use the appliance to dry textiles of any kind.
-Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer’s liability null and void.
Instructions for use
Before use:
-Remove the protective wrapping from the appliance.
-Make sure that all the product’s packaging has been removed.
Use:
-Completely unroll all the cable before plugging in.
-Connect the appliance to the mains.
-Point the appliance for directing the airflow in the direction desired.
Slide the speed selector (A) from the OFF position to the highest level in order to increase the airflow.
-Slide the temperature selector (B) from the lower to the upper position to increase the temperature of the airflow.
-The hairdryer has a cold air blast (C) Air concen- trator with narrow nozzle
-Add the concentrator to guide the flow of air to a determined part (ends, curls, etc.)
Once you have finished using the appliance:
- Turn off the appliance by switching the speed se- lector to 0.
