Before a meal glucose: 5.0 to 7.2 mmol/L

2 hours after a meal: less than 10.0 mmol/L

If your test result is below 2.8 mmol/L, above 13.9 mmol/L, or you see “LO” or “HI” on the meter display, call your physician or healthcare professional immediately.
