Your LifeSource UT-202 Ear Thermometer ("Product") is warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration of the LifeSource UT-202 Ear Thermometer, use of improper components or failure to comply with the operating instructions.

To make a warranty claim, return the Product, freight prepaid and insured (or assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment) together with the proof of purchase (such as a sales receipt) to:

For returns in the USA, customers are asked to call A&D Medical for appropriate shipping costs (customers in Canada are asked to call Auto Control Medical at 1-800-463-5414). A&D Medical will either repair, or at its option, replace free of charge, any parts necessary to correct defects in material or workmanship covered by this limited warranty. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. A&D Medical warrants any replaced or repaired product or part for sixty (60) days from shipment, or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. All Products or parts that are replaced become the property of A&D Medical. This warranty will not apply if the defect or malfunction results from: subjecting the Product to any but the specified voltage; modification, alteration or repairs of the Product by persons not authorized by A&D Medical, misuse, abuse, damage during transit or lack of reasonable care with respect to the Product; or failure to follow the written instructions enclosed with the Product. Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to A&D Medical until the returned item is received by A&D Medical.
