REPRODUCCIÓN DE MENSAJES DESDE LA BASE

El indicador de nuevo mensaje le permite saber cuando tiene mensajes nuevos. Para reproducir los mensajes, oprima el botón “play/ stop” en la base.

Mientras un mensaje se reproduce, usted puede hacer lo siguiente:

•Oprimir el botón “play/ stop” para detener la reproducción de los mensajes.

•Oprimir y soltar el botón de la flecha izquierda del Identificador (“cid/ messages”) (<) para volver a empezar el mensaje actual, y continuar oprimiendo y soltando el botón del Identificador (“cid/ messages”) (<) para ir a mensajes previos.

•Oprimir el botón de la flecha derecha del Identificador (“cid/ messages”) (>) para ir al siguiente mensaje.

•Oprimir el botón “delete/erase” para borrar el mensaje actual.

MEMORIA LLENA

Cuando la memoria está llena, el sistema contesta después de 10 timbres. Usted debe borrar algunos mensajes para que el sistema contestador pueda grabar mensajes nuevos.

PARA BORRAR MENSAJES

Usted puede borrar mensajes en la base de tres maneras:

1.Un mensaje a la vez presionando el botón delete/erase en la base durante la reproducción de mensajes;

2.Todos los mensajes reproducidos previamente presionando y sosteniendo el botón delete/erase en la base;

3.Un mensaje a la vez usando el botón de borrar (tecla del 0) en el auricular o desde un teléfono en otra localización.

•Para borrar un mensaje mientras se está reproduciendo, oprima y suelte el botón “play/ stop” y después oprima y suelte el botón de borrar (“delete/erase”) en la base para borrar el mensaje. MENSAJE X BORRAR se muestra en la pantalla.

•Para borrar todos los mensajes reproducidos previamente:

1.Presione y sostenga el botón delete/erase en la base BORRAR TODO MENS REPRO? se muestra en la pantalla.

2.Presione otra vez el botón delete/erase en la base TODOS MNS REPRO BORRAR se muestra en la pantalla.
