Quick Start Guide
Making a Call
Lift the handset.
Dial the number.
OR Press a Speed Call. OR Press Redial
Leaving a Message
If the message indicator is lit,
Press Message
OR
If a voice mail system answers, record a message.
Programming a Speed Call
Press Superkey
Press No until “Personal Keys?”, appears.
Press Yes
Press a personal key.
Press Change
Press Yes
Dial the number
OR Press Redial
Press Save
Press Superkey

Retrieving a Message
Press Message
If “Call Me Back” appears, press Yes
Press Call to call the message sender. OR Press Erase to erase the message.
Placing a Call on Hold
Press Hold
Retrieving a Call from Hold
Press the flashing line key.
Transferring a Call
Press Trans/Conf
Dial the number.
Hang up.
OR
Announce the transfer and hang up.
Conferencing Calls
Press Trans/Conf.
Dial the number. Wait for an answer.
