RECORDER CAPABILITY

The Konftel 55W can be used to record your meetings and for dictations. The recordings are saved on a memory card. Folders are automatically created on the card with the date of the recordings. These are saved in WAV format with the time when the recording started.

The Konftel 55W supports SD and SDHC cards. Recording capacity is 35 hours per GB on the memory card.

RECORDING

Always make sure that the conference call participants do not object to a meeting being recorded. The participants you call will hear an audible signal at regular inter- vals to let them know that the call is being recorded.

The right-hand side of the MENU button is now a recording button .

Press to start recording.

The recording button flashes red and the recorded time is displayed.

Press the recording button again to stop recording.

The recording is saved on the SD card.
