Using Call Pickup

You can use Call Pickup to answer a call coming into someone else’s voice terminal. There are two ways to pick up calls ringing on another voice terminal: You can touch a Call Pickup button then dial the intercom number of the ringing voice terminal or, if you regularly handle calls for someone else, you can program an individual Call Pickup button, so that you can pick up calls on that voice terminal with one touch.

To program a general Call Pickup button:
