User Programming

Saving your name to your phone

This enables colleagues to identify you by your name instead of you extension number . You can store your name as follows:

1.Press the [TRANS/PGM] button and dial 74.

2.Enter your name. (See the character entry chart on page 24).

3.Press the button to save your name to the system memory

Note: This may be easier to from a station set up as an attendant that has a display.

Storing Personal Speed Dials

It is possible for you to store numbers that you use regularly to your personal speed dial directory. You will need to be aware of which Speed Bins have already been programmed. It is suggested that you keep a list

1.Press the [TRANS/PGM] button followed by the [SPEED] button.

2.Select the Speed bin you wish to programme.

3.Enter the required speed dial number (You do not need to enter 9 for an outside line) and

press .

4.Enter the name as per the character entry chart on page 24.

5.Press the button.
