Setting up

1 - CONNECTING THE TELEPHONE

-Connect the handset cord.

-Open the battery compartment.

Insert 4 alkaline batteries without mercury (Type

AAA1.5V, not supplied) in the compartment (*). Bat- teries are required if you wish to increase the ringer level up to 10 dB.

Snap the battery door back in place.

- Connect the line cord plug to the line socket on the base (*).

Connect the other end of the line cord to the PTT socket. (*)

2 - RINGER SETTINGS

A switch located on the upper side allows the ringer to be switched HI,LOW,OFF:

: Off,

: Low,

: Hi

(*) Classified TNV-3 according to EN60950 standard.
