HANDSET SETTINGS
Personal Identification Number (PIN) Settings
The PIN is required for the following options:
•Registering a new handset
•Resetting a handset
•Changing settings found under the base menu
The PIN is
Press to activate the menu
Use S and T to scroll through the menu to select
‘PIN CHANGE’
Press OK
Use the keypad to type in the current PIN (if you enter an incorrect
PIN, the telephone returns to standby mode)
Press OK
Use the keypad to type in the new PIN. The range is 0000 – 9999
Press OK
Use the keypad to type in the new PIN again for confirmation
purposes.
Press OK to save the new PIN and return to standby

PHONE BOOK
Telephone numbers can be stored in the phone book.
The phone book can contain 10 entries. Each phone number can contain up to 24 digits.
Create a Phone Book Entry
Press to activate the menu
Press OK to select ‘STORE PHONE’
Use S and T to scroll through the 10 phone book memory
locations
Using the keypad, enter the desired number (up to 24 digits)
Press OK to save the number and return to standby
Note: Use C/R to correct a mistake. C/R will clear the last digit entered. To clear all digits, press and hold C/R, then enter the correct number.
Insert Pause
Inserting a pause provides a delay of 3 seconds. This is necessary with some telephone systems.
To insert a dialling pause between numbers when storing a number, press until P appears in the LCD display.
