Modify a Phone Book Entry

Locate the required telephone number as shown in one of the

above methods (see View Phone Book Entries)

Press and hold MENU until the LCD display shows EDIT?.

Press DIAL

Press DELETE to modify the name and insert the new numbers.

Use ▲ or ▼ to move to the required number

Press DIAL

Press DELETE to modify the name and insert the new letters.

Use ▲ or ▼ to move to the required letter

Press DIAL, SAVED will be displayed

Note: Remember that any name recordings will be deleted and must be re-recorded after the number/name has been modified.

Delete a Phone Book Entry

Locate the required telephone number as shown in one of the above

methods (see View Phone Book Entries)

Press DELETE, DELETE? will be shown on the LCD display

Press and hold DELETE until the telephone number disappears
