Viewing Caller Information During Incoming Calls

Caller ID Screen Icons

review. In addition, the MODE button

will flash indicating a new call.

The REPEAT call icon will light if the

 

Clarity 510 receives more than one call

 

from the same number.

 

The FORWARD icon will light when the

 

Clarity 510 receives a call forwarded

 

from another number.

 

When an incoming call is received, the screen will display: A) the name,

B)number, D) date and T) time.

OR

PRIVATE will appear if the name and/or number of the caller are blocked.

OR

UNKOWN will appear if the name and/or number of the incoming call are not available.

OR

Viewing the Caller List

Press MODE once and use the

(▲ ▼) UP or DOWN arrows to scroll through entries. Records will be listed in the order they were received.To exit the CID mode, press MODE twice; the phone will return to stand-by mode. END OF LIST will appear when the end of the call list is reached.

NO DATA SENT if data is not sent.

OR

MESSAGE ERROR will appear if the wrong data was received from the phone line.

Once the phone is answered, the display will resort to a call timer.

Placing a Call from the List

Press MODE once and use the arrow UP or DOWN to locate the desired record. Dialing can be done in two ways:

1.Press ENTER twice, then lift handset as indicated on the screen.

2.Lift handset while the entry is displayed, then press ENTER twice.
