5.IMPROPER USE. The SOFTWARE is not designed, manufactured or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance (such as, without limitation, the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, medical device and life support machines, or weapons systems) in which the failure of the SOFTWARE could lead to death, personal injury or severe physical and environmental damage (“Improper Use Activities''). The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material.

7.TRADEMARKS. Teledex, the Teledex logo, Teledex iPhone, and the Teledex iPhone logo, are trademarks of TELEDEX, in the United States and/or other countries. All rights are reserved. All other trademarks in the SOFTWARE not owned by TELEDEX are the property of their respective owners.

8.EXPORT REGULATIONS. The SOFTWARE is subject to the export laws of the United States of America. By using the SOFTWARE you agree to comply with those laws.

9.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
