PERSONALIZING YOUR PHONE

Personalizing your sounds

You can assign different ringing melodies for each handset at different volume levels.

You can select a different ringtone for SKYPE, landline and intercom calls.

SELECTING YOUR HANDSET’S RINGING MELODY

1.Press the MENU key.

2.Select PERSONAL SET and press the OK key.

3.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

4.Select the line to select ringtone for and press OK key.

5.Select the desired ringtone.

6.Press the OK key to confirm.

SELECTING YOUR HANDSET’S RINGING VOLUME

1.Press the MENU key.

2.Select PERSONAL SET and press the OK key.

3.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

4.Select VOLUME and press OK key.

5.Press UP or DOWN to select the volume level.

6.Press the OK key to confirm.

Turning off your handset’s ringer

Press and hold the key to turn off the ringer. appears to indicate that the ringer is turned off. Ringer does not emit any sound to indicate an incoming call.

TURING THE KEY BEEP ON/OFF

1.Press the MENU key.

2.Select PERSONAL SET and press the OK key.

3.Select HANDSET TONE and press the OK key.

4.Select KEYBEEP and press OK key. The current setting is displayed.

5.Select ON or OFF.

6.Press the OK key to confirm.
