Dialing a Stored Number

If the number is stored in the Directory Memory,

1.Pick up the handset, or press Speaker or Headset.

2.Wait for the dial tone.

3.Press the Directory button, and use the Review 3 or 4 button to find the number.

4.Press the Dial button and the number automatically dials.

If the number is stored in the Direct Access Memory,

1.Pick up the handset, or press Speaker or Headset.

2.Wait for the dial tone.

3.Press the Memory location button, and the number automatically dials.

Chain Dialing

This process allows you to dial a succession of stored numbers from separate memory locations. This is useful when you must dial several sequences of numbers, such as with frequent calls via a telephone company long distance provider.

Local access number of long distance company

Using

 

1.Press the line you want.

2.Press Memory location 6. (Press pause if needed.)

3.Press Memory location 7. (Press pause if needed.)

4.Press Memory location 8.
