If you do not have a wall mount, contact your local phone company for installation of phone line and wall mount.

Wall Mounting Instructions

1 Plug 6”phone cord into jack on rear of base.

Installation

3Thread cord through slot in wall mount bracket.

2Slide wall mount bracket onto base.

4Plug phone cord into wall jack.

5Slide base down on wall plate.

6Raise antenna to vertical position.
