4 Troubleshooting
If your 2757 is not working properly, please check this troubleshooting checklist.

Nothing is displayed | Is the AC adapter plugged into an electrical | |

| If using PoE, check the PoE switch and the | |

I can not hear | Replace the cord between the 2757 and the | |
