8.2Delete All Messages

1.Press and hold pon base to erase all read messages (applicable only when messages in answering machine are all read, new message(s) will not be deleted.)

NOTE

When answering machine is full, will flash if there are new messages which have not been heard. Erase Some Answerer Msg will toggle within 2 seconds with Memory Full in idle to alert user to delete some answering machine messages to free up the memory.

8.3Announcement

This is the message your callers hear on the answering machine. There are two pre-recorded outgoing messages, or you can record your own.

8.3.1Record the announcement

1.Press Pand ,to select Answer Machine.

2.Press Pand ,to select Announcement.

3.Press Pto select Record.

4.Press Pand ,to select the answer mode Answer &

Record or Announce Only.

5.Press Pto start recording after a "beep" sound is heard.

6.Press Pagain to stop recording and save the

message. The just saved message is played automatically.

You can also record the announcement by pressing and holding ekey on base to start recording after a voice prompt and beep sound is heard. Release the key to stop recording and save message.

NOTE

When playing the message, pressing Mwill delete it and the predefined message will be played automatically.

8.3.2Play the announcement

1.Press Pand ,to select Answer Machine.

2.Press Pand ,to select Announcement.

3.Press Pand ,to select Play.

4.Press Pand ,to select the answer mode Answer &

Record or Announce Only.

5.Press Pand the message will be played.
