Internal Phone Book

Your Sprint PCS Phone has capability of storing up to 300 phone numbers. This allows you to organize your Internal Phone Book, storing up to seven phone numbers under one person’s name. You will no longer have to look for a person’s home number one place and their work number in another. (Each memory location will accept up to 16 characters per entry name and 32 digits for the phone number.)

Your Sprint PCS Phone also has capability of storing five 48-digit phone numbers within the above 300 phone numbers.

Once you have entered a name and number, you are given the option of attaching a label (Home, Work, Mobile, Pager, Data, Fax, or No Label) to the entry. When you search the Internal Phone Book, either by name or entry, the selected name will appear in the upper half of the display. If a label has been attached to the phone number, a small icon/label will appear preceding the phone number.

This feature provides you with a convenient method of identifying the phone number as the person’s home, work, mobile, pager, data or fax number.

For example, see “Add New Entry” on page 39.
