kManager Lock

This feature aids in preventing accidental or intentional changing of radio settings.

kAll buttons with the exception of M, B and the Monitor feature will be unaccessible when Y is chosen.

Programming Mode

Make sure k is accessed. Please refer to page 11.

To turn lock on, press \ until f displays.

Press [ or ] to select setting, Y or n.

Once turned on, f icon displays after exiting k.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: On multi-channel models, Manager Lock will lock your radio on the current Channel.

Assigning Channels to Presets (XU2600 and XV2600 Only)

Make sure k is accessed. Please refer to page 11.

Press [ or ] to choose desired Channel.

Press and hold T or S to assign that Channel to a preset, radio beeps to confirm. All of the Channel settings are assigned to that Preset button.
