Installation of Battery

1. Remove battery compartment cover by pressing on the indentation and sliding downward.

2. Align the two holes in the plug with the socket pins, then snap the plug into place. Place the battery in the compartment with the wires in the upper right corner.

3. Replace the battery cover by sliding it upwards.

4. If the new battery is not already charged, place the handset in its base or charger and allow it to charge for 10-12 hours. After the initial charge, a maintenance charge of 10 hours should be sufficient. Be sure to place the handset in its base when not in use to insure maximum daily performance.
