Please go to Function Keys tab in Freecom Internet Phone Control Panel. Move the slide bar for Key Tone to Mute and then click OK.

How to customize the Function Keys?

Please use the drop-down menus to select the functions for each of the three function keys, under Function Keys and then click OK.
