Using the Corinex Softphone software

The upper section is used to display information about connection status. Here you can see the status of the registration process, name of the provider you are connected to, or error messages, if there is a problem with connecting to the VoIP service provider.

Registering…

The Softphone tries to connect to a

VoIP service provider.

 

 

 

Registering problem,

The Softphone

received an

error

message from

the provider,

which

bad username or password

did not accept your username or

 

 

password. Please check your settings.

 

The Softphone was not able to find

Registering problem,

a VoIP gateway at the address you

couldn’t find registrar

entered in the configuration dialog.

 

Please check your settings.

 

 

The Softphone is connected and you

[name of the service provider ] are able to use the services of the VoIP service provider.

The middle line displays information about current calls – the number you are dialing, the number or contact which is calling you or duration of the current call.
