DIRECTORY OPERATION

Dial a Directory Number

1Follow the directions in “View Directory Numbers” on page 25 to find the number you want to call.

2When the number you want is displayed, press D to make the call. The speakerphone is activated.

Lift the handset, then press D to make the call.

NOTE: To exit the directory at any time without saving changes, press C.

Delete a Directory Entry

1Follow the directions in “Viewing Directory Numbers” to find the number you want to delete.

2When the number you want to delete

is displayed, press r. The entry is deleted.
