Understanding Status Messages

You may receive status messages under certain conditions. Before contacting TELUS Mobility Client Care, write down the message, numeric code, and the conditions under which it appeared. The following table lists and describes the status messages.

The handset that you called is busy

User Busy in Data

The handset that you called is busy

 

using an online service.
