as follows:

Numbers without names

Names starting with & - . /

Names starting with numbers

Names arranged alphabetically (Ä Ö Ü Æ Ø Å at the end)

Under each letter the last called name and number is placed first, the second- last called name and number in the 2nd spot etc.
