10 Using your phone
End a call
Replace the handset or press the Handsfree button.
Receive a call
When you receive a call, the telephone rings and the red calls light flashes.
If you have subscribed to a Caller Display service:
•the caller’s number will be displayed (if available).
•if your BT Decor 1300 finds an exact name/number match in the directory the caller’s name will be displayed instead of the number.
•if you have assigned a VIP ring to a directory number you will hear the selected ring tone instead of the normal ring tone.
•in addition, if you have assigned mood lighting to the number calling, the display will light up in the selected backlight colour.
Pick up the handset or press Handsfree to answer the call.
