Using BT Calling Features

Note

A switchboard can provide a similar range of functions to BT Calling Features. If your Converse 425 is connected to a switchboard, you can simply use it as a normal extension.

1471 Call Return

Call Return tells you the number of the last person who called you and the time and date the call was received.

Your Converse 425 gives you easy

access to the following range of BT Calling Features. Six of the Directory

entries have been pre-programmed.

Press the Handsfree button or lift the handset.

Press the Directory button.

Turn the Navigator Wheel to select 1471 CALL RETURN.

Press the button to dial the number.

The 1471 CALL RETURN

information is announced.

CALLING FEATURES

You can replace the pre-set numbers with your own numbers, if you wish. Simply follow the steps shown in ‘To edit an entry in the directory’, on page 11.
