Copy all entries

1.Press .

2.Press and scroll to Copy All.

3.Press and select the handset you want to copy to and

press .

At the receiving handset:

4.Display shows Receive entry?. Press to confirm or to cancel.

5.When successful the display shows Copied.

6.Press to return to the previous menu level.

Delete an entry

1.Press . Scroll or to the entry you want.

2.Press and scroll to Delete.

3.Press to confirm or to cancel.

4.Press to return to the previous menu level.

You can copy the entire phonebook to another handset registered to the base.

If the phonebook becomes full during copying the display shows

Memory full.

If copying is not successful the display shows Dir. copy failed.

If you copy an entry that already exists in the receiving handset it will create a duplicate entry.
