To park a call (for retrieval at any extension)

1 Press ì Transfer ü[dial tone]

Second party is put on hold

 

2Press ì Call Park ü

or Dial Call Park trunk code

 

[dial tone]

3Dial the Call Park zone number

4Dial an idle answer-back channel number [confirmation tone]

5

Press ì Transfer ü

[ringback tone]

6Hang up

Held party is transferred to the answer-back channel and hears ringback tone (or music) while waiting

To retrieve parked call 1 Dial Call Park Answer-Back code [dial tone]

from any extension

2 Dial channel number that call was parked against [confirmation tone]

Note: If you receive intercept tone, parked call has been disconnected or retrieved by another party.
