OPERATION
Redial
The telephone always stores in memory the last number dialed. To dial the same number again, lift the handset, and press REDIAL .
The redial memory can accept numbers up to 32 digits long. The number will remain in memory until you change it by dialing another telephone number.
For privacy, you can erase the redial memory. Lift the handset, then press any digit

Press FLASH instead of pressing the switchhook to activate customer calling services such as call waiting or
Ringer Volume
The RINGER volume switch allows you to adjust the loud- ness of the telephone ringer from OFF to LO to HI. Slide the switch to the desired volume level.
Receiver (Handset) Volume
The Receiver volume switch on the left side of the base has three positions which allow you to adjust the loudness of your call from NORMAL to LOUD. Slide the switch to the desired volume level.
Temporary Tone
Temporary tone dialing is used only when you have rotary service. It allows you access to services that require tone signaling, including some
To change from pulse (rotary) to tone dialing during a call:
1.Dial a telephone number with the dial mode switch set to
PULSE.
2.Press TONE ; all buttons pressed after this will send tone signals.
3.After you hang up, the phone automatically returns to rotary service.
