The Telex BTR-1 and the TR-1 Transmitter/Receiver are Type Accepted under United States Federal Communi- cations Commission Part 74. Licensing of Telex equipment is the User’s responsibility and licensibility depends on the user’s classification, users application, and frequency selected. Telex strongly urges the user to contact the appropriate telecommunications authority for any desired clarification.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.
