Dampning

Udvalgte grøntsager og frugter, der er forsigtigt dampet, er perfekt til børn fra 4-6 månedersalderen. Dampning er den sundeste måde at tilberede mad på. Dampet mad bevarer masser af vitaminer og andre sunde næringsstoffer. 3-i-1 dampcenterenheden damper mellem 50 og 150 gram bløde og hårde grøntsager og frugter. Den tid, der er nødvendig for at dampe maden, afhænger af madens mængde, type og temperatur.

1Hæld 200 ml vand i vandbeholderen (5) med målekoppen (11).

2Læg grøntsagerne/frugten i små stykker i dampningsfadet (16), anbring dampningsfadet på dampbasisenheden (10), og læg dækslet (13) på dampningsfadet.

3Tryk og drej kontrolknappen (7) til den ønskede (omtrentlige) dampningstid (15, 20, 25 eller 30 minutter).

>Indikatorlampen lyser rød, og du hører et bip, som indikerer, at dampningen er startet.

>Dampningen tager mellem 15 og 30 minutter, afhængigt af madens mængde, type og temperatur.

>Når den indstillede tid er gået, hører du

tre bip, og indikatorlampens blink bliver grønne.

4Fjern dækslet fra dampningsfadet (16), tag dampningsfadet af dampbasisenheden (10), og afbryd netledningen.
