If you are having difficulty opening your journal with your password, consider adjusting your security setting (See SECURITY SETTINGS).

When speaking your password, find a quiet area, hold the journal at arm’s length from you (1 foot/30 cm), and speak without shouting. If that doesn’t work, try resetting your journal by pressing the Reset Button and then record a shorter password.

Sometimes, a build-up of static electricity (from carpets, etc.), or an environment with radio frequency interference, may cause the unit to malfunction. If you encounter any issues, try resetting your journal by pressing the Reset Button.

Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste (2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities.

NOTE: Do not use the pen to draw or write on skin. Wash ink off skin after use.
