UNKNOWN NAME	Appears if the caller is within a Caller ID
	service area that supplies the phone
	number, but not the name.

PRIVATE	Appears if the caller chose not to send
NUMBER	the phone number. The system first dis-
	plays the caller’s name, then displays
	PRIVATE NUMBER.

LDC	Appears if the call is long-distance.
