Registering a handset to the base unit

1Base unit:

NKX-TGP500 series

Press and hold {ALL} for about 4 seconds until the STATUS indicator flashes in red.

NKX-TGP550 series

Press and hold {ALL} for about 4 seconds until the registration tone sounds and the STATUS indicator flashes in red.

LIf all registered handsets start ringing, press the same button to stop. Then repeat this step.

LThe next step must be completed within 90 seconds.

2Handset:

{OKL}

3Wait until “Enter Base PIN” is displayed. iEnter the base unit PIN (default: “0000”). iPress {OK}, then wait until a long beep sounds.

LIf you forget your PIN, contact your phone system dealer.
