To search for a name by initial

1 Press or to enter the directory.

2 Press the dialling button for the first letter of the desired name until any name with the same initial is displayed (see the Index table on below).

Ex. To find “Frank”, press(3) until the first item under “F” is displayed.

3 Press repeatedly until the desired name is displayed.

•You can leave the directory list any time by pressing (EXIT/CH).

•If “No items stored” is displayed in step 1, the directory is empty.
