Distance between the microphone and the talker is too long or the connection of micro- phone is not proper.

●Make the microphone closer to the talker. Or connect the microphone’s connector properly.

The window is open, or the air conditioner blows air to the microphone.

●Close the window, change the air direction from the air conditioner, or change the microphone position.

Some mobile phones do not send Bluetooth data even if incoming calls are indicated on the screen of your mobile phone.

●A call-back call cannot be made.

The calling party activates the caller ID blocking function.

An international call was received.
