Troubleshooting
Problem:
•The Phone Adapter cannot connect to the router..
•The “connected” light does not come on..
Solution:
If your Phone Adapter appears to be powered but the “connected” light is not green, the problem may be that your router and Phone Adapter are not connected properly..
Make sure the network cable between the router and the Phone Adapter is connected to the Phone Adapter’s “Connection to Router” port and that the cable is firmly in place.. Power off the router for a few seconds and then power it on again..
