Delete a phonebook name/number

1 Press to access the phonebook list.

2The display shows the first alphabetical entry in

the phonebook.

Press or to display the name for the entry you want (or search alphabetically).

3Press to access the phonebook menu.

4Press or until Delete Entry is

displayed and press .

5Press or to select Yes.

6Press to confirm deletion or press to go back to the menu screen without deleting.

7Press to exit and return to standby.

Copy phonebook names/numbers

1Using the handset that you want to copy from,

press to access the phonebook list.

2Press or to display the name for the entry you want (or search alphabetically). Or skip this step if you want to copy the whole phonebook to another handset.

3Press .

4Press or to select Copy Entry or

Copy All. Press .

5Select a handset to copy to, press . When the selected handset rings press

the key on the handset which is ringing, the display shows Transfer Done.

Check available memory space

3Press or to select Information.

Press . The number of stored entries appears.
