Earpiece

Display

Clear

Use to delete incorrect digits or letters.

Press to go back to the previous menu.

Press and hold to mute the ringer temporarily.

Down/Phonebook

Press during a call to decrease the earpiece or speaker phone volume.

Use to scroll through the phonebook, menu, redial list, or CALLER ID log.

• Use to access the phonebook list.

Talk

• Press to make and receive calls.

Speaker

• Use for handsfree.

Press and hold to play messages. (DECT180 series only)

CID/Flash

Use for flash and conference function.

Use to access the CALLER ID log.

• Press and hold to insert a pause.

Microphone

Up/Redial

Press during a call to increase the earpiece or speaker phone volume.

Use to scroll through the phonebook, menu, redial list, or CALLER ID log.

Use to access the redial list.

Menu/OK

Press to access the menus.

Press to confirm a setting.

Use for handset call screening.

End/Turn on/off

Press to end a call.

Press to exit the menu mode and return to standby.

Press and hold to turn handset on or off.

Intercom

Use when making internal calls, conference calls or for transferring calls (if you have more than one handset registered to your base).

Lock

Press and hold to switch the handset keypad lock On and Off.

Temporary Tone

Press and hold to switch the dial mode to tone temporarily.

Note: Each handset can be turned off to conserve battery life. To turn off the handset, press and hold . When the handset is turned off, you cannot make or receive calls on that handset. To turn the handset

on again, press and hold or place the handset in the charger.
