3. If the phone number is already stored in memory, you will hear a beep, and THIS DATA IS ALREADY STORED!! appears in the display. The number will not be stored.

Deleting Phonebook Entries

 

 

You can delete individual phonebook entries or delete all the phonebook entries at once.

1.

When the phone is in standby, press [

] .

To delete a single phonebook entry, move the cursor to select

DIAL/EDIT, and then press [select/

] .

 

Find the phonebook entry you want to delete and press [menu/clear].

DELETE MEMORY? appears in the display. Select YES, and then press

 

[select/ ] .

 

 

5.

You will hear a confirmation tone, and DELETED! appears in the display.

 

 

Deleting all the phonebook entries at once

1.

When the phone is in standby, press [

] .

 

2.

Move the cursor to select DELETE ALL, and press [select/ ].

DELETE ALL? appears in the display. Select YES and then press [select/ ] . You will hear a confirmation

 

tone, and DELETED! appears in the display.

Copying Phonebook Entries to Another Handset

If you have more than one handset, you can transfer phonebook entries from one handset to another without having to re-enter names and numbers. You can transfer one phonebook entry at a time or all phonebook entries at once.
