•You cannot make a call from the Caller ID list if your EXT 1365 is connected to a private branch exchange (PBX).

When a long distance call has been set, “1“ appears in the display.

Using the Caller ID List

Calling a party from the Caller ID list

You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The EXT 1365 stores up to 50 messages.

1 Press . Select the phone number that you want

to dial by pressing or .

2 Press . The displayed phone number dials automatically.

Long Distance calls and Area Code setting/cancellation

Pressing while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will place the pref i x “1“ in the display to set up for a long distance call.

Pressing will set or cancel an area code setting.

Dial edit

You can temporarily edit the Caller ID number that is displayed by pressing

. A cursor appears in the display. Press to move the

cursor lef t, make your changes and then press . This will not change the number in the Caller ID list menu.
